Expect simple, easy-to-follow choreography paired with 3–5 lb weights to tone your arms, boost endurance, and build confidence on the step.

What To Expect For Class

Beginner Friendly

All levels welcomed, especially beginners. Step aerobics is like riding a bike, once you step on the board it's a motion/action you'll never forget. No rhythm, no problem, you just need the will to learn!

Good Music

We know music is what creates the vibes, we got that covered! R&B, Hip-Hop & Pop. We even take song request.

Boards Provided

Don't have a board, we got you covered! Boards are provided in each class.

Required Essentials

The essentials to bring to class are; water, a hand towel, and great vibes/energy!

Parking

Parking available but limited and on a first come first serve basis. More details are provided in your confirmation email.

Punctuality

Please arrive to class 10 minutes early as class starts on time!
